I subscribed online, how do I log in?
After subscribing on our website:
If you don't have the app yet, download Simply Sing from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Tap 'Log In' at the top right of the first screen
Enter the email address you used to purchase online
Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to that email
⚠️ Already have the app? If you've already downloaded Simply Sing and have already logged in, you don't need to download it again. After completing your purchase on the website, force close and reopen the app - this allows it to sync with your online purchase and unlock your subscription.
If you just reinstalled the app
Make sure to tap "Log In" at the top right of the very first screen when you open the app and enter the email address you used to create your account. Next thing you know, you'll be right back where you left off 😁
If you're already in the app
Follow these steps:
1. Tap your profile at the bottom of the screen
2. Tap "Create a Free Account"
3. Then, tap "Log In" at the top right corner of the screen
4. Enter the email address you used to create your account, and tap Continue
5. And you're all set! Back to the awesome work you've done 😊
